How we can help you

Mind Muscle can help you in a variety of ways. We offer one-on-one consultations, team-building sessions, group workshops and more – all designed to help you “beat your best“.

The secret ingredient

The key to Mind Muscle’s success in helping people beat their best is something called EFT or tapping. Tapping blends Western understanding of psychology, cognitive processing (thinking) and emotional states with Eastern understanding about the energy of the body and acupuncture points.

Tapping forms part of a broader base of modern tools and techniques known as energy psychology. Trained and qualified people who facilitate tapping sessions are referred to as energy psychologists, not to be confused with the traditional psychologist term.

Mind Muscle has a comprehensive page on what is EFT or tapping.

If we don’t change, we don’t grow.
If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.
–Gail Sheehy

Beating your best, how it’s done

How do we beat your best? We need to know two things before we can help:

  1. Who are you?
  2. What do want to achieve, fix, heal, improve or resolve?

Once we know this, together we choose the best way to beat your best through any combination of the following:

  • belief changing workshops
  • coaching
  • community building programmes
  • one-on-one sessions
  • teaching
  • team-building sessions
  • workshops
